This page is intended for recipients named in the Explanatory Statement for Division H of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 as recipients of Community Projects/Congressionally-Directed Fund. Only these organizations are eligible to receive Community Projects/Congressional-Directed grant funding in the amount specified.

The FY23 Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) 19-22 was published on May 19, 2022, for Community Project Recipients specified in the Explanatory Statement for Division H – Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2023, Community Project Funding / Congressionally Directed Spending Table. Community Project recipients must design their project to align with these descriptions approved by Congress.

Event Title: FY23 Community Project Recipients Technical Assistance Webinar

Summary: This is a technical assistance webinar for FY23 Community Project recipients to review the project narrative section of the TEGL 19-22, which will support the development of each Community Project recipient application to receive their ETA Community Project grant award.    

This webinar will address specific technical assistance activities that ETA will provide to support Community Project recipients develop strong applications to support quality applications for grant awad.
